These standards encompass pre-construction, construction, and post construction standards to ensure the quality of the community is preserved throughout the building process.

Protection of the natural features of the community is the focus of the Design Guidelines; consequently there are builder and contractor requirements and an approval and review process regarding tree removal, erosion control, site maintenance, construction parking, and more.
